Narrow Spectrum Lighting for Spectrally Sensitive Applications
SimpleSeal luminaires are available with precision-engineered narrow spectrum options to support specialized applications, including new native amber and deep red offerings for expanded spectral control.
Amber wavelengths help protect light-sensitive materials and processes from photodegradation while maintaining visibility for detailed tasks—ideal for photo-sensitive manufacturing environments. Red spectrum options are critical in vivarium settings, where they enable observation without disrupting animal circadian rhythms, as many research animals cannot perceive red light.
Tunable White for Human-Centric Performance
Optional tunable white technology adds flexibility to cleanroom lighting by allowing facilities to adjust color temperature throughout the day. This supports circadian rhythm alignment, helping staff stay alert and focused during extended or overnight shifts while maintaining visual comfort in demanding environments.
